Gi Returns / Gi Exchanges:

Your Gi comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, outlined as follows:

Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Only incomplete, incorrect or damaged shipments are covered. Returns will not be accepted on items that are shown to have been worn, washed, used or altered in any way, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 30 day guarantee period.

If you ordered the wrong size, or the Gi doesn't fit you quite the way you expected based on the sizing chart, you can still return it or exchange it for a better fitting size, as long as you have not worn, washed, used or altered the Gi in any way (and as long as there is still remaining stock of other sizes). In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Once received, it will be inspected by DojoChimp's Quality Control Team, and if approved, we will then ship out another Gi in the size you have requested (assuming there is remaining stock), or you will be refunded the full price of the product, minus shipping and handling fees.

Make sure to contact the DojoChimp Customer Satisfaction Department prior to any returns, by phone 415-484-2242, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM PST, or by email to crew@dojochimp.com, and have your order confirmation on-hand. ***BUT keep in mind that once you have ordered and returned your Gi, there may not be any Gis left in your size. In that case, the only option will be to either keep the Gi or get a refund.
